Originally an industrial engineer by training, Gabriel earned an MBA at Babson College in Wellesley, Massachusetts, and his undergraduate degree in Colombia. After finishing graduate school, he worked as a Latam marketing/sales manager for Texon International for eight years. Gabriel is passionate about helping the community through several service organizations, including the Rotary Club and local Chamber of Commerce.
Gabriel lives in Pembroke Pines, Florida, with his wife, Marcela, and their two daughters, Sofia and Camila. He enjoys reading newspapers, trade magazines and history books. Gabriel was an avid soccer player until a knee gave up; now he has to settle for the treadmill and some doubles tennis from time to time.
